Avila Flavors and Experiences is the product of husband and wife duo, Maria Cristina and Nelson, who both moved to the US from Venezuela. They started Avila to create homemade food they believed in and bring that experience to other people through their micro-restaurant, catering opportunities, and markets like ours. You won’t miss their huge paella dish on Sunday mornings!

Bite Size is an Asian fusion catering company whose Banh Mi Charcuterie Board, decorated with a stunning display of seasonal flowers, offers both a luxurious gift and tasty treat everyone can enjoy. At the farmers markets you can find them serving Mini Banh Mi Boxes, Kimchi and Tuna Onigiri, Vietnamese Coffee Latte, and Artichoke Tea + Chia Seeds.

B’tween Sandwich Co is a pop-up that serves bespoke, comfort-food driven sandwiches. It is owned an operated by chef and pitmaster, Michelle Wallace. She studied at Texas Southern University and Culinary Arts Institute of Houston, and in China. She was also the longtime executive chef at Gatlin’s BBQ and Gatlin’s Fins and Feathers. You can currently watch her on Season 21 of Top Chef!

Jane Wild Studios was founded by Chef Jane Wild with the purpose of bringing delicious homemade baked goods to the lovely Houston community every weekend. Formerly a chef at restaurants such as The Dunlavy and Golden Bagel, Wild now operates around multiple farmers markets in Houston, collaborating with local growers and ranchers, and most recently starting a dinner series called Jane’s Dine Inn.

Morning After Morning After is a Houston-based health bar food truck that specializes in 100% freshly squeezed fruit & vegetable juices prepared on-site made to order! They also serve organic Acai bowls, fresh smoothies, and superfood snacks.

Known for his signature slow-smoked meats and Southern-inspired sides, Chef Reginald has built a loyal following by offering top-notch, fast-casual barbecue in Downtown Houston. Now, visitors to the farmers market can enjoy The Smoke’s delicious offerings regularly, making it a must-visit for barbecue lovers.

Yuma HTX, founded by Miriam Leek-Meira and Michael Hartley, is a Cuban-inspired sandwich pop-up in Houston that blends authentic flavors with creative twists. From the Traditional Cubano Sandwich to fusion creations like El Penny or A Caipira, every dish is made with fresh, scratch-made ingredients and is inspired by the dynamic Houston culinary scene.
